I have experienced back pain on and off for over 6 years. I have been in extreme discomfort and have seen several doctors to treat the pain, but nothing worked.

When I first saw Jo she took the time to listen to my history and walked through my typical day to understand if anything could be triggering the back pain. Jo walked me through her treatment plan and what she would be targeting, and after just the second session I felt like a different person.

Jo went above and beyond from the session to support me with how I should be taking care of my back through my posture, correct exercise techniques as well as regular stretching. I have since referred several friends to Jo all who have spoken about very positive results.

I came to see Joanne due to having previous back issues as a result of long shifts at work and overtraining at the gym. The location was easy to find and the room was very calming.

In the session, Joanne’s techniques of massage and cupping relieved pain and she was able to explain the root of my issues and what muscles I am misusing. She also gave me some exercises to do at home to prevent further pain, activate my muscles, and stretch properly.
